The minimum delivery value is £50.00 |

2. |
All goods are delivered on payment of delivery basis, unless otherwise agreed |

3. |
All credit accounts must be paid by the 15th of the month following delivery. Settlement in accordance with our terms is necessary to ensure continuity of supplies. |

4. |
All bank charges incurred by JB Foods (Scotland) Ltd for handling of returned or re-presented cheques will be charged for. |

5. |
Published prices lists, whether in print or on the internet, are subject to alteration without notice. |

6. |
Before signing for the delivery, please check the goods, any shortages or damages must be notified at time of delivery. |

All invoiced goods will remain the property of JB Foods (Scotland) Ltd until paid for in full. |

All goods included herein are guaranteed to comply with the requirements of the Food Saftey Act 1990, all Acts amending the same and all statutory requirements and regulations relating to the sale and distribution of food. |

All orders for delivery outside of the Edinburgh area must be received by our tele-sales staff before 9pm on the day prior to the delivery. |
